Position: Despatch Operative
Location: Deeside
Package: £11.85 – £12.02 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday 11am – 7pm – early finish on a Friday
Contract: Temp to Perm
4Sure Recruitment is excited to support an expanding Client based on the outskirts of Chester on Deeside Industrial Park.
Our client is currently looking to add to the internal warehouse & transport team with an experienced Despatch operative.
Role & Responsibilities – Despatch operative:
The main purpose of the Despatch operative will be to work alongside the production and transport teams and ensure products are safely loaded to fleet vehicles ready for delivery timeframes.
The main tasks and activities in this role are to carry out:
- Work as part of a functioning transport department and ensure smooth deliveries windows and timeframes.
- Loading & unloading of vehicles
- Booking goods in & out – SAGE
- Working across production department too – line feeding as required
Candidates Attributes / Qualifications – Despatch operative: :
- Previous working knowledge from warehouse / despatch roles
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook – Essential
- Physically demanding role – manual handling – Essential
