Position: Production Shift Manager
Location: Corwen
Hours: PM shift pattern – 2pm – 10.15pm Monday – Friday
Package: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum – DOE
Contract: Permanent

Our client is currently looking to expand their Production management structure by adding a shift manager and a shift deputy to the mix.
Role & Responsibilities – Production Shift Manager:
The main purpose of Production Shift manager is to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing shop floor.
The main tasks and activities in this role are to carry out:
- Working with the team across site and to ensure that staff follow continuous improvement models and general production output KPIs are maintained.
- Work with your line leaders for coaching and mentoring of all production staff following set SOPs
- Quality Assurance process reviews
Candidates Attributes / Qualifications – Production Shift Manager:
- Previous manufacturing experience at Team Leader / Supervisor level – 2 years minimum
- Knowledge from within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing background – Essential
- Excellent eye for detail alongside strong verbal communication skills
