Position: Customer Service / Account Manager
Location: Deeside
Package: £24,000 – £26,500 per annum + Commission
Hours: 38 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
4Sure Recruitment is working together with an established manufacturing business that has recently expanded the business with an additional office. To maintain the positive growth we are now seeking experienced Customer Service / Account Managers.
Role & Responsibilities – Customer Service / Account Managers:
- Working across a busy customer service office dealing with incoming and outgoing contact enquiries around product purchase and hire agreements.
- Account management of existing clients
- Working closely with the fulfilment / sales team to ensure production outputs are managed efficiently.
- B2B / B2C contact process.
- Lead generation and call throughs – high volumes
- Data entry – MS Office
Candidates Attributes / Qualifications – Customer Service / Account Managers:
- Previous customer service / Account management skills – 2 years Ideally.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT Literate – Microsoft
