Package: £33,000 – £37,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week – Days
Contract: Permanent
4Sure Recruitment is partnered with an excelling business in Chester. We are excited to announce a key role for the business which is an Assembly Team Leader / Supervisor.
Role & Responsibilities –: Assembly Team Leader / Supervisor:
- Working in a paced manufacturing environment operating and supporting across the main production areas
- Ensuring staff are trained up to work safely and efficiently and maintain timed processes.
- Organising work areas with staff at the start and end of shifts to ensure workflow and KPIs report accurately.
- Ensuring Quality standards are met and reporting any quality issues to the Production Manager
- Liaising across Despatch departments with outputs to ensure delivery timeframes and Goods out targets are achieved
- Working to H&S standards
Candidates Attributes / Qualifications – Assembly Team Leader / Supervisor:
- Prior Assembly manufacturing experience at team leader level and above – 3 years – Essential
- Organised individual with an attention to detail and an eye for improvements
- H&S driven
- People management skills – training, absenteeism, KPIs – Essential
