Victoria Forshaw fell into recruitment at the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed age of 21.
Fresh back from her 2-year working stint in Australia where she specialised in Global Mobility Support for Expats across Australasia, she had the bug for working with people and ensuring they were in the right places for the right areas of work.
Victoria commenced her career as a receptionist within a busy high street agency and she progressed through the ranks covering all aspects starting as trainee consultant, account manager, recruitment consultant, branch manager, regional manager, and finally director – all of this spanning 15 years.
Throughout her strides, she has learned a lot about Client and Candidate support and collaboration and that it’s not about “throwing enough mud to see what sticks”; it’s about communication, honesty, and integrity.
Recruitment is not for the faint-hearted; it takes energy, graft, and determination of which Victoria possesses all.
Although a proud business owner she is mummy first and this is where 4Sure Recruitment Solutions was born – you CAN have it all. You can be successful at home and in the workplace and you can take steps in your own direction and break the mould that currently is the ‘Recruitment Stereotype’.

If we can aid in breaking the stigma of ‘Typical recruiters’ that is that we’re not all money-hungry, mud-throwing, sleazy, talk-the-talk people.
